This 90 minute session includes a 60 minute massage followed by 30 minutes of individualized Qigong instruction. This combination of therapies helps optimize the outcomes of the massage and provide you with simple and restorative self-care practices to bring home. As with all other services at Sonlight these sessions are tailored to your individual needs, enhancing well-being while helping to manage stress, pain or depression.
