Service Description

This session is all about deep, focused work on targeted muscles, fascia, and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage is not solely about the firmness or strength of the massage, but it's focused work on deeper layers of muscle structures and tissues. Our thirty minute sessions are designed to target work on one or two particular issues or muscle groups.
