Ingredients: Organic Chamomile (Egypt), Organic Lavender (France)
Brewing Instructions: Bring water to 190 degrees (or bring to boil and let sit to cool 1 min). Pour 12oz boiling water per each tablespoon of tea using french press, kettle or strainer of your choice. Let tea steep for 3 - 5 minutes. Also makes an excellent iced tea.
Servings: 1oz package makes 16 separate servings, per 12 oz of water. 4oz package makes 64 servings, 8oz package makes 128 servings. Each serving may be steeped multiple times.
