Qigong (pronounced chee gong) is a slow, meditative movement practice using breath work, visualization, meditation, and movement. Qi is the bioelectricity of our bodies, our life energy. Qigong is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine and benefits may include stress release, decreased joint and muscle pain, lower blood pressure, headache/sinus relief, more energy, better sleep, improved digestion, mood and more.

Learn Qigong or improve your practice with our certified Qigong instructor, Brian Cook. During this 60-minute individual session we will discuss your needs, warm up, explore acupressure points and move in Qigong forms that enhance your well-being. Great for both beginners and more experienced alike. 


We end the session by making a plan so you may continue your healing journey.

This 60-minute session offers the opportunity to learn and practice Qigong with a friend or loved one. The direction of your session will focus on your combined needs. We will cover breath work, warm up, move through Qigong forms and learn about meridians and acupressure points.


You will leave knowing safe and easy Qigong movements, forms and acupressure techniques that may be practiced together.
